वहीं आर्मी वालों की मदद से गाड़ी का दरवाजा तोड़कर डॉ सुन्द्रियाल को बाहर निकाला गया। देहरादून की ओर से श्रीनगर जाते देहरादून निवासी जुयाल डेंटल क्लीनिक के प्रबंधक अवधेश जुयाल ने डॉ सुन्द्रियाल को अपनी गाड़ी से ऋषिकेश एम्स में ले जा रहे थे।

अवधेश जुयाल ने बताया कि 108 को कॉल किया गया लेकिन 108 समय पर नहीं पहुंच पायी। जुयाल को 108 शिवपुरी के नजदीक दिखाई दी और उन्होंने शिवपुरी से डॉ सुन्द्रियाल को 108 में ऋषिकेश एम्स पहुंचाया। जुयाल ने बताया की एम्बुलेंस में मरीज के लिए कोई सुविधा नहीं थी। जुयाल भी एम्बुलेंस के साथ-साथ ऋषिकेश आये।जहां पर डॉ मनोज सुन्द्रियाल को डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया।
