संवेदनशील क्षेत्र में ड्रोन जैसी वस्तु को मार गिराने के आदेश

The Ministry of Home Affairs has directed all security agencies to be extra vigilant about such flying objects ahead of the Independence Day celebrations after several cases of drone strikes and drones entering restricted areas in Jammu recently. In view of the Independence Day, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ordered to strictly follow it. A senior Delhi Police official said the Delhi Police has identified buildings near the Red Fort where policemen armed with long-range weapons will be deployed to shoot down objects like drones. The SOP also states that the DCP of the northern district, under whose jurisdiction the Red Fort falls, can identify the roofs of such a building, from where the complete aerial view of the district can be seen. Police personnel trained to shoot down drones will be deployed on these rooftops. These security personnel will be equipped with wireless sets, binoculars, stick-mounted red flags and loud halters. The SOP states that every identified roof-top watcher should be accompanied by a well-trained policeman shooter, armed with a long-range weapon that can shoot down flying objects, if needed.

अगर कोई ड्रोन जैसी वस्तु संवेदनशील क्षेत्र के नजदीक उड़ती है तो उसे तुरंत गोली मारने के आदेश जारी किए गए हैं। ड्रोन जैसी वस्तु संवेदनशील एरिया व उसके पास आती है तो उसका ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए लाल झंडा लहराएं। उसे महत्वपूर्ण स्थान या फिर संवेदनशील क्षेत्र से सुरक्षित दूरी पर उतरने के संकेत दें। अगर वह निर्देशों का पालन नहीं करता है और भारतीय वायु सेना व वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों से निर्देश लेने का समय नहीं है तो सुरक्षाकर्मी उसे नष्ट करने के लिए गोली मार दें।

इस बार स्वतंत्रता दिवस को देखते हुए लालकिले के आसपास स्थित इमारतों पर ड्रोन व हल्के वाहनों को मार गिराने में माहिर सुरक्षाकर्मी तैनात किए जाएंगे। साथ ही कहा गया है कि ड्रोन व हल्के विमान उड़ने पर कंट्रोल रूम व जिला डीसीपी के जरिए तुरंत भारतीय वायुसेना को सूचना दें।

गृह मंत्रालय ने जम्मू में हाल ही में ड्रोन हमले और प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन के प्रवेश के कई मामले आने के बाद सभी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह से पहले ऐसी उड़ने वाली वस्तुओं के बारे में अतिरिक्त सतर्क रहने का निर्देश दिया है।

गृहमंत्रालय ने स्वतंत्रता दिवस को देखते हुए मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) जारी की है और उसका कड़ाई से पालन करने का आदेश दिया है। दिल्ली पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने लाल किले के पास की इमारतों की पहचान की है, जहां लंबी दूरी के हथियारों से लैस पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया जाएगा, ताकि वह ड्रोन जैसी वस्तु को मार गिरा सकें।

एसओपी में ये भी कहा गया है कि उत्तरी जिले के डीसीपी, जिनके अधिकार क्षेत्र में लाल किला पड़ता है, ऐसी इमारत की छतों की पहचान कर सकते हैं, जहां से जिले का पूरा हवाई दृश्य देखा जा सकता है। इन छतों पर ड्रोन को गिराने में प्रशिक्षित पुलिसकर्मी तैनात किए जाएंगे।इन सुरक्षा जवानों को वायरलेस सेट, दूरबीन, स्टिक पर लगे लाल झंडे और लाउड हैलर से लैस किया जाएगा। एसओपी में कहा गया है कि प्रत्येक पहचाने गए रूफ-टॉप वॉचर के साथ एक अच्छी तरह से प्रशिक्षित पुलिसकर्मी निशानेबाज होना चाहिए, जो लंबी दूरी के हथियार से लैस हो, जो जरूरत पड़ने पर उड़ने वाली वस्तु को नीचे गिरा सके।
