Dehradun - State's Rural Development Department Minister Yatishwaranand held a review meeting in the office room of the Legislative Assembly. Giving instructions to expedite the rural development schemes, he said that the benefits of the schemes should be extended to the common people through multipurpose camps. Under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, a camp will be organized to benefit about 33 thousand groups assembly wise and there is a plan to connect Hon'ble Chief Minister in this program from the Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali auditorium located in the secretariat. Under this scheme, assistance will be given to poor women, old people, handicapped and widows. The objective of this scheme is to strengthen the economic condition of poor families under 95 blocks in 13 districts by sustainable livelihood enhancement through skill development and capacity building. In the meeting, directed to expedite the recruitment drive against the vacant posts. Except for serious illness, the affiliation of the personnel will be terminated and sent to the original posting. Instructions were given to fill up the posts by outsourcing as per the requirement. At present, 416 posts are vacant against the sanctioned posts of 950 Rural Development Officers. While giving charge to ABDO on the post of BDO, the basis of seniority will be made on the basis of seniority. Village Development Commissioner Vandana Singh, Joint Director Vivek Upadhyay, Executive Director MGNREGA Aslam and Diwakar Purohit were present on the occasion.

देहरादून – प्रदेश के ग्राम्य विकास विभाग मंत्री यतीश्वरानन्द ने विधान सभा स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में समीक्षा बैठक की। उन्होंने ग्राम्य विकास योजनाओं में तेजी लाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि बहुद्देशीय शिविरों के माध्यम से योजनाओं का लाभ आम जन को लाभान्वित किया जाए । राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अन्तर्गत लगभग 33 हजार समूहों को विधानसभावार लाभान्वित करने के लिए कैम्प का आयोजन किया जायेगा और मा0 मुख्यमंत्री को भी सचिवालय स्थित वीर चन्द्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार से इस कार्यक्रम में जोड़ने की योजना है। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत गरीबों महिलाओं, वृद्धों, विकलांग और विधवा को सहायता दी जायेगी। इस योजना का उद्देश्य 13 जनपदों में 95 ब्लाक के अन्तर्गत गरीब परिवारों की क्षमता और कौशल विकास द्वारा सतत् आजीविका संवर्द्धन करके आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत बनाना है।

बैठक में रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष भर्ती अभियान तेजी करने का निर्देश दिया। गंभीर बीमारी को छोड कर कार्मिकों की सम्बद्धता समाप्त करके मूल तैनाती पर भेजा जायेगा। आवश्यकतानुसार आउट सोर्सिग से पदों को भरने का निर्देश दिया गया। वर्तमान में 950 स्वीकृत ग्राम्य विकास अधिकारी पद के सापेक्ष 416 पद रिक्त है। बी0डी0ओ0 पद पर ए0बी0डी0ओ0 को प्रभार देते समय वरिष्ठता के स्थान पर श्रेष्ठता को आधार बनाया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर ग्राम विकास आयुक्त वन्दना सिंह, संयुक्त निदेशक विवेक उपाध्याय, अधिशासी निदेशक मनरेगा असलम और दिवाकर पुरोहित मौजूद थे।
