He once again stressed that how much vaccine will be given to which state, it is still being decided by the central government. Many centers in Delhi have to be closed due to non-supply of covaxine. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia further said, we have completely exhausted the stock of covaxine. Because of this, we have had to close more than 100 covicin centers in 17 schools. The company of covicin has written to us yesterday and has clearly stated that we cannot provide any more vaccines as we have to give the vaccine on the direction of the central government. The supply of covaxine is now closed in Delhi. We asked for 67 lakh vaccines from them. He said that to apply the vaccine to all the people of Delhi, we had asked for one crore 34 lakh vaccine doses. 67 lakh was sought from Kovishield and 67 lakh was sought from Kovaxin. Yesterday, Covicin has written to us clearly saying that we cannot give vaccine because we do not have the vaccine available. Sisodia said that it has been written in the letter that covaxine is being supplied to the states on the instructions of the concerned government officials. He said that it is obvious that these officers will be officers of the Central Government. It is also written in the letter that we cannot give you any more vaccines because there are no instructions from the authorities. Sisodia said that the supply of covaxine is now closed in Delhi, I do not know how the rest is being given to the states. But they have written to us (Bharat Biotech, a manufacturer of cocaine) that they cannot give you the vaccine. Sisodia further said that it is clear from this letter that the Center itself is deciding which state will get how much vaccine. When the central government is deciding, it should see that if it did not export six and a half million vaccines, then each person from Delhi and Mumbai would have got both the doses of the vaccine. We have run out of Kovaxin stock, which has led to the closure of all Kovaxine centers, the Kovishield centers are still running. We have had to close more than 100 covariate centers in 17 schools. Sisodia further stressed that I will again urge the Center to play the role of the government of a nation. It is not right for the state to go to the international market and take out the tender. But if you do not do these things will also be ruled by the state. But the role of the center is important to stop exports and take the formula from the vaccine companies and allow other companies to make vaccines too, so that the vaccine is manufactured in large numbers.

दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने आज प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर केंद्र पर एक बार फिर वैक्सीन की आपूर्ति में बाधा डालने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने एक बार फिर जोर देकर ये कहा कि किस राज्य को कितनी वैक्सीन दी जाएगी ये अब भी केंद्र सरकार ही तय कर रही है। कोवैक्सीन की आपूर्ति न होने से दिल्ली में कई केंद्र बंद करने पड़े हैं।उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने आगे कहा, हमारे पास कोवैक्सीन का स्टॉक पूरी तरह खत्म हो चुका है। इसकी वजह से हमें 17 स्कूलों में कोवैक्सीन के 100 से ज्यादा सेंटर बंद करने पड़े हैं। कोवैक्सीन की कंपनी ने कल हमें चिट्ठी लिखी है और साफ-साफ कह दिया है कि हम और वैक्सीन नहीं दे सकते क्योंकि हमें केंद्र सरकार के निर्देश पर वैक्सीन देनी है। कोवैक्सीन की सप्लाई अब दिल्ली में बंद है। हमने उनसे 67 लाख वैक्सीन मांगी थी।उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली के सभी लोगों को वैक्सीन लगाने के लिए हमने एक करोड़ 34 लाख वैक्सीन की डोज मांगी थी। 67 लाख कोविशील्ड से मांगी थी और 67 लाख कोवैक्सीन से मांगी थी। कोवैक्सीन ने कल हमें चिट्ठी लिखकर साफ कह दिया है कि हम वैक्सीन नहीं दे सकते क्योंकि हमारे पास वैक्सीन उपलब्ध नहीं है।सिसोदिया ने बताया कि चिट्ठी में ये लिखा है कि कोवैक्सीन संबंधित सरकारी अधिकारियों के निर्देश पर राज्यों को सप्लाई किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि जाहिर सी बात है कि ये अधिकारी केंद्र सरकार के अधिकारी होंगे। चिट्ठी में ये भी लिखा है कि हम आपको और वैक्सीन दे ही नहीं सकते क्योंकि अधिकारियों की तरफ से निर्देश नहींं है।
