ब्लैक फंगस का बढ़ता खतरा , मेरठ में मिल चुके हैं 20 मरीज

Medical Kovid in-charge Dr. Sudhir Rathi told that those people who have been given steroids like dexamethasone methylprednisolone etc. or have been kept on oxygen for a long time or kept in ICU during the Kovid-19, such patients have black fungus. There is an increased risk of infection. Patients with diabetes, cancer and kidney etc. are more at risk. Dr. Puneet Bhargava, who treated these patients at Anand Hospital, said that if there is corona, do not use steroids without the advice of the doctor. Do not start the stroid immediately as soon as the corona is formed. Doctors begin seeing symptoms 7 days after the onset of the disease. They are given for 5 to 10 days under their supervision and steroids are not given to every patient of Corona. A little carelessness in this can be overwhelming. If we have symptoms like cough, cold and fever in the beginning, get immediate advice from the doctor, then corona control is done in the initial symptoms. The patient survives any type of serious illness. So instead of getting scared and hiding in the initial symptoms, consult a doctor immediately.

कोविड-19 के साथ साथ अब धीरे-धीरे ब्लैक फंगस यानी म्यूकर माइकोसिस भी मेरठ में पैर पसारने लगा है। अब तक 20 केस मिल चुके हैं और तीन की मौत हो चुकी है। मेडिकल के कोविड प्रभारी डॉ. सुधीर राठी ने बताया कि जिन लोगों को कोविड-19 दौरान स्ट्रॉयड दवाएं जैसे डेक्सामेथासोन मिथाइलप्रेडनीसोलोन आदि का सेवन कराया गया है या काफी दिन तक ऑक्सीजन पर रखना पड़ा है या आईसीयू में रखा गया है, ऐसे मरीजों को ब्लैक फंगस का इंफेक्शन होने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। डायबिटीज के मरीज, कैंसर और किडनी इत्यादि के मरीजों में खतरा ज्यादा है।आनंद अस्पताल में इन मरीजों का इलाज करने वाले डॉ. पुनीत भार्गव ने बताया कि कोरोना होने पर स्ट्रॉयड का प्रयोग बिना डॉक्टर की सलाह के न करें। कोरोना होते ही तुरंत स्ट्रॉयड शुरू न करें। यह बीमारी शुरू होने के 7 दिनों बाद डॉक्टर लक्षण देखकर शुरू करते हैं।अपनी देखरेख में 5 से 10 दिनों के लिए देते हैं और कोरोना के हर मरीज को स्ट्रॉयड नहीं दिए जाते हैं। इसमें थोड़ी सी लापरवाही भारी पड़ सकती है। अगर हम शुरुआत में ही खांसी, जुकाम और बुखार जैसे लक्षण होने पर तुरंत डॉक्टर से सलाह ले लें तो शुरुआती लक्षणों में ही कोरोना कंट्रोल हो जाता है।मरीज किसी भी प्रकार की गंभीर बीमारी से बच जाता है। लिहाजा शुरुआती लक्षणों में ही डरने और छिपाने के बजाय तुरंत डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।
