हाईकोर्ट के आदेश – ऑक्सीजन और सिलेंडर की कीमत तय करे दिल्ली सरकार

उच्च न्यायालय ने सरकार को ऑक्सीजन और उसके सिलेंडर की कीमत तय करते समय उसके परिवहन लागत को भी ध्यान में रखने को कहा है। पीठ ने सरकार से कहा है कि निर्णय लेते वक्त इस बात का भी ध्यान रखा जाए कि मूल्य तय करने से इसके आपूर्ति प्रभावित नहीं हो। इसके साथ ही न्यायालय ने दिल्ली सरकार को मामले की अगली सुनवाई से पहले स्थिति रिपोर्ट पेश करने को कहा है।
