कोरोना से मरने वालों के परिवार को मुआवजा दे सरकार – सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिए आदेश

The Supreme Court on Wednesday gave its verdict in the matter of giving compensation to the families of those who died of corona virus. The Supreme Court ordered the Central Government that the Center should give compensation to the families of those who died of Kovid. The court said that the Center should direct the state governments within six weeks to tax the compensation amount. Also directed the Center that the process of getting the death certificate should also be simplified. While giving an important decision on Wednesday, the Supreme Court ordered that those who died due to corona, the central government should give compensation to their families. However, how much this compensation should be, it will have to be decided by the government itself. While pronouncing the verdict, the Supreme Court also agreed that compensation of Rs 4 lakh each cannot be given to the families of those who died of corona. The Supreme Court also asked the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to put in place a system that would at least provide compensation to the victims. The Supreme Court has directed the Central Government to issue death certificates related to Kovid, the certificates which have already been issued should be rectified.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुधवार को कोरोना वायरस से मरने वालों के परिवार को मुआवजा देने के मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को आदेश दिया कि केंद्र कोविड से मरने वालों के परिवारों को मुआवजा दे। कोर्ट ने कहा कि केंद्र मुआवजा राशि तक कर छह हफ्तों के भीतर राज्य सरकारों को निर्देश दे। साथ ही केंद्र को निर्देश दिया कि मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र पाने की प्रक्रिया को भी सरल किया जाना चाहिए।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुधवार को एक अहम फैसला सुनाते हुए आदेश दिया कि जिनकी मौत कोरोना के कारण हुई है, केंद्र सरकार उनके परिवारों को मुआवजा दे। हालांकि, ये मुआवजा कितना होना चाहिए ये खुद सरकार को तय करना होगा। फैसला सुनाते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी माना कि कोरोना से मरने वालों के परिवारों को चार-चार लाख का मुआवजा नहीं दिया जा सकता है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (एनडीएमए) से यह भी कहा कि वह एक ऐसा सिस्टम बनाए, जिससे कम से कम ही सही, लेकिन पीड़ितों को मुआवजा दिया जाए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को निर्देश दिया है कि वह कोविड से जुड़े मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र जारी करे, जो प्रमाण पत्र पहले ही जारी हो गए हैं, उनमें सुधार किया जाए।
