नोट छाप रहे अस्पतालों पर कोर्ट की सख्त टिप्पणी, कहीं यह बड़ी बात

Along with this, the court made a stern remark that we cannot allow such hospitals to prosper at the cost of life which has become a hospital industry. The court said that it would be better to close these hospitals than to get treatment in these hospitals. Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justice MR Shah, while directing that hospitals are built to provide relief to patients in times of difficulty and not to print notes. Taking a jibe, Justice said that in this era of Corona, hospitals have become big industries, while nursing homes running in two or three room flats in the colony should not be allowed to function. The bench said that 1 patient was cured of corona and was about to be discharged in the next 2 days, but he died due to fire in the hospital, along with the fire of two nurses working in that hospital. Died due to being hit. At the same time, the bench said that it is a human tragedy which is happening in front of our eyes, yet we are also getting treatment in such hospitals. The Supreme Court has hit out at the Gujarat government for extending the deadline till July next year to rectify the violation of building bye-laws, the Supreme Court said in view of the Gujarat government's decision that in such a situation people would continue to die due to fire incidents.

कहते हैं हर सिक्के के 2 पहलू होते हैं एक अच्छा और एक बुरा । इसी क्रम में कोरोना महामारी में भी देश के अस्पतालों के दो पहलू देखने को मिले सिक्के के 1 पहलू में जहां लोग कोरोना बिमारी को मात देकर अस्पतालों से स्वस्थ होकर घर लौटे तो वही दूसरे पहलू में अस्पतालों ने लोगों की बीमारी का फायदा उठाते हुए उन्हें लूटने का काम किया । इसी छवि को देखते हुए देश की उच्च न्यायालय ने बीते सोमवार को कई अहम बातें कहीं उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के दौर में देश के अस्पताल बड़े रियल इस्टेट उद्योग की तरह हो गए हैं। जी हां उच्च न्यायालय ने साफ तौर पर देश के अस्पतालों की तुलना उद्योग जगत से कर डाली । इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि हम ऐसे अस्पतालों को जीवन की कीमत पर समृद्ध नहीं होने दे सकते जो अस्पताल उद्योग बन गए हैं। कोर्ट ने कहा इन अस्पतालों में इलाज कराने से बेहतर होगा कि इन अस्पतालों को बंद कर दिया जाए।

न्यायमूर्ति डी.वाई. चंद्रचूड़ और न्यायमूर्ति एम.आर.शाह की पीठ ने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि अस्पताल कठिनाई के समय में रोगियों को राहत देने के लिए बनाए जाते हैं ना की नोट छापने के लिए ।
न्यायमूर्ति ने निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कोरोना के इस दौर में अस्पताल बड़े उद्योग बन गए हैं वही कॉलोनी में दो तीन कमरे के फ्लैट में चलने वाले नर्सिंग होम को काम करने की अनुमति नहीं देनी चाहिए । पीठ ने बताया कि 1 मरीजों को कोरोना से ठीक हो गया था और अगले 2 दिन में उसे छुट्टी मिलने वाली थी लेकिन अस्पताल में आग लगने की वजह से उसकी मौत हो गई इसके साथ ही उस अस्पताल मे काम करने वाली दो नर्सें की भी आग की चपेट में आने से मौत हो गई ।

साथ ही पीठ ने कहा कि यह मानवीय त्रासदी है जो कि हमारी आंखों के सामने हो रही है इसके बावजूद ऐसे अस्पतालों में इलाज भी करा रहे हैं।उच्चतम न्यायालय ने भवन उपनियमों के उल्लंघन में सुधार लाने के लिए समय सीमा अगले वर्ष जुलाई तक बढ़ाने पर गुजरात सरकार पर निशाना साधा उच्चतम न्यायालय ने गुजरात सरकार के इस निर्णय के मद्देनजर कहा कि ऐसी स्थिति में आग लगने की घटनाओं से लोग मरते रहेंगे।
