देहरादून – अस्पताल उपकरणों की कालाबाजारी के बाद अब प्लाज्मा की धंधेवाजी की खबर सामने आ रही । बता दें, कि खबर देहरादून के डालनवाला से है जहां पुलिस को शिकायत मिली थी कि एक व्यक्ति प्लाज्मा की मदद के लिए आने वाले मैसेज में परिजनों की जगह अपना नंबर डाल कर फोरवर्ड कर रहा था। जब इस बात की सूचना एसपी सिटी सरिता डोबाल तक पहुची ,तो सरिता डोबाल ने मामले की जांच शुरु की , और आरोपी कोतवाली के मन्नु गंज निवासी साजन सिंह बख्शी को अरेस्ट कर लिया गया ।

आपको बता दे, कि कार्तिक पुत्र मुने सिंह निवासी 97 बलवीर रोड डालनवाला द्वारा आकर लिखित तहरीर दी गई , उनकी माताजी कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव है ,और गंभीर हालत में दून अस्पताल में आईसीयू वार्ड में एडमिट है ,जिन्हें डॉक्टरों द्वारा प्लाज्मा की आवश्यकता बताई गई, आवेदक द्वारा प्लाज्मा हेतु काफी अस्पतालों व अन्य जगह मालूमात किए जाने के बाद प्लाज्मा हेतु एक मैसेज बनाकर अपने मोबाइल नंबर सहित सोशल मीडिया पर डाला गया, जिसके बाद कल दिनांक 13 मई 2021 की शाम को मोबाइल नंबर 7060328883 से आवेदक को कॉल आया कि मेरा नाम गुरु साजन सिंह है मैं तुम्हें प्लाज्मा उपलब्ध करा सकता हूं इसके लिए तुम्हें पहले 2500 रुपये गूगल पे से मेरे मोबाइल नंबर में डाल दो। आवेदक द्वारा कॉलर को गूगल पे से पहले ₹300 डाले गए उसके बाद कॉलर लगातार पैसों के लिए आवेदक को कॉल करता रहा एवं आवेदक द्वारा सोशल मीडिया पर बनाए गए मैसेज में आवेदक का मोबाइल नंबर हटा कर अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालकर सोशल मीडिया पर इधर-उधर मैसेज भेजता रहा, एवं आवेदक से पैसों की मांग करता रहा। उक्त तहरीर पर चौकी आराघर में अभियुक्त गुरु साजन सिंह बख्शी के खिलाफ धारा 269 270, 188, 420 आईपीसी,51b dm act, धारा -3 महामारी अधिनियम पंजीकृत किया गया।
