दरअसल शिकायत दर्ज कराने वाला शख्स जब वह काफी उत्तेजित और परेशान लग रहा था । पुलिस का कहना है कि वह असामान्य व्यवहार कर रहा था । हमने उसका आवेदन लिया और उसे शांत करने में सहायता की।  इसके बाद पुलिस ने पीड़ित के परिवार वालों से संपर्क किया, जिससे पता चला कि व्यक्ति मानसिक बीमारी से जूझ रहा है और उसका इलाज जारी है, लेकिन उसने पिछले 10 दिनों से अपनी दवा नहीं ली है ।
